Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU) and current Spanish legislation, you have the right to return or exchange any item purchased at bandalics.com within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, without needing to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, the item must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, and with all its original tags and packaging.
Return or exchange process
To initiate a return, exchange, or claim for a manufacturing defect, follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@bandalics.com indicating your order number, whether you want a return or an exchange, and in the case of a manufacturing defect, attach photographs and a description of the issue.
- The BANDALICS team will confirm the process within 24-48 hours and, if applicable, provide you with a prepaid shipping label — there is no need to print it.
- Place the item inside the original brand box and insert it into a bubble mailer or a box with dimensions that do not exceed 30 × 20 × 20 cm.
- Go to your nearest post office (Correos) and drop off the package, showing the label to the staff. They will take care of printing and attaching it.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, BANDALICS will manage the product replacement at no cost. If replacement is not possible, a similar model or a full refund of the amount paid will be offered.

Once the item is received in perfect condition, BANDALICS will proceed to ship the new product within 1 to 2 business days.
