Delivery Times

Delivery Management
- The carrier will make two delivery attempts to the provided address.
- If delivery is not possible after both attempts, the package will be held at the nearest post office, and the customer will be notified by email.
- The package can be collected from that office within 10 business days, by presenting the recipient's identity document.
