You need a 1€ coin. Place it over the circle and adjust until the red border appears just around the coin on all sides — just like in the image below. It is important that the fit of the red circle is as precise as possible to the coin, so that you do not see white parts between the coin and the red line.
The red border should peek out from the outside of the coin, right around its edge. If the red is not visible, it is not properly calibrated.

Calibration is essential. Without proper calibration, the ring size will not be accurate.
We recommend using a flat ring as a base. Place your ring on your phone screen, over the black circle.
Move the slider until the black circle is visible just inside the hole of the ring, touching the inner edge on all sides. It is important that you see the black circle inside the ring. If you do not see it, it is not adjusted correctly.
